Valeria di Roma Colibrí

Colibri by Valeria di Roma is a soft and silky yarn. Its strand has soft hair that will keep you and your kids nice and warm.

This kind of yarn is thought to knit layette clothes for your babies and newborns like bootees, caps, pulls, cardigans, dresses and other kind of clothes, complements or accessories. It is perfect to knit wonderful ornaments for your babies’ clothes.

Its velvety touch, offered by its thin fibres, gives a silky touch that will keep warm your babies and they will be really comfortable with this clothes.

Its strand is made by two twisted threads.

The yarn Valeria di Roma Colibrí is made by:

• 80% Acrylic dralon®
• 20% Polyamide

These fibres give a silky yarn to keep your kids nicely and softly warm.

The dralon® treatment makes it an hypoallergenic yarn, that prevents allergies, irritations and stingings on its delicate skin.

This treatment gives a better quality to the yarn, and makes it more resistant and durable without forming fluff on your projects.

You should know that Colibrí...

• Each ball has 50 grams and 250 metres.
• Its thickness is recommendable to knit with the 2.5 - 3 mm knitting needles or the 2.5 mm crochet hook.
• You will need one or two balls to knit a pull for a baby.
• Mount 25 stitches and do 32 laps to knit a 10 x 10 cm square.
• It is a suitable yarn to be washed in the washing machine at 30ºC.
• It cannot be ironed.
• We do not recommend you to dry it in the dryer.
• It is better to be dried horizontally.
• Made in Spain.

Use this yarn to knit clothes or complements for your baby. It is perfect to knit a light plaid.
