Stop giza-5 is a thread perlé of egyptian cotton that offers a soft and well-polished finish with a shine mercerized. It is perfect to knit clothes and complements for babies, creations of layette or for adults.

Its fine thickness provides thin and light finishes. Your kids will wear comfortably.

The Stop-Giza 5 thread is made by:

• 100% Mercerized Egyptian cotton.

This cotton has the treatment of mercerization. This treatment gives shine and softness to the cotton and offers a sateen finish.

Thanks to this treatment, Giza-5 is the perfect thread to knit clothes of layette, such as bootees, caps, bodys, rompers, etc. Their fibers will take care of sensitive skins.

You should know that Stop Giza-5…

• Each ball has 50 grams and 212 metres.

• Its thickness is perfect to knit with the 2 – 2,5 mm knitting needles or the 1,25 crochet hooks.
• Mount 36 stitches and do 48 laps to knit a 10 x 10 cm square.
• To knit a sleeveless pull size 42 you will need 4 balls.
• It can be washed in the washing machine at 30ºC.
• It can be ironned at a low temperature.
• Do not use the dryer.
• We recommend you to dry it horizontally.
