Schachenmayr Lenja Soft is a soft and cuddly yarn, perfect for creating all kinds of garments for baby.

You can also use this yarn to knit accessories and pieces of clothing for adults like snoods or hats.

This yarn from Schachenmayr is free of chemicals and skin-friendly, perfect for tender skins.

Schachenmayr Lenja Soft characteristics:

  • Composition: 100% polyester.
  • Each ball contains 85 metres and 25 grammes approximately.
  • Knitting needles or crochet hooks size: 4 mm.
  • Tension square: 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 in), 20 stitches x 29 rows.
  • Machine wash at 40ºC maximum.
  • May be tumble dried.
  • Do not iron.
  • OEKO-TEX® certificate.

Grammes of yarn needed for 6-month-old baby projects:

  • 90 g approximately for a long-sleeved pullover.
  • 15 g approximately for a hat.
