Schachenmayr Fashion Pieces is a fine yarn with an unique fiber different from other yarns. Its fiber is knitted making little chaines of smooth fibers and giving a fluffy and soft aspect and an orginial texture to your clothes.

This light yarn is perfect to knit warm and fluffy clothes, complements and accessories such as sweaters, shawls, Winter ponchos, jackets, etc

The Mix & Knit concept consists of the combination of different yarns, that is to say, you can combine different colours with double fiber or wit ther yarns.

It has 4 different tones:

• Intense: solid colours designed for people who love smooth tones.
• Jaspé: marbled colours combined with a smooth and white tone with a worn down effect on your clothes.
• Degradé: gradient colours in the same range of colours but in different tones.
• Spot: Tweed effect colours that provide colourful speckles clothes.

You can choose your favourite effect of this yarn.

Thanks to the Mix & Knit effect you can combine colours as you please giving you the opportunity of knitting different colours and effect in just one fiber.

The Schachenmayr Fashion Pieces yarns is made by:

• 58% Lyocell
• 34% Yarn
• 8% Nylon

The lyocell fiber is also called Tencel. It is a sustainable and environmetanlly friendly product. Totally biodegradble.

This synthetic fiber comes from the cellulose pulp in which the majority of its products are recycled. In addition, it grows in certified sustainable forest.

The final result is perfect for every kind of skins because of its smoothness and comfortability.

The yarn fiber also provides great smoothness and nice warmth for warmer seasons. 

These two fibers together with the nylon offer a highly qualified and warm yarn in spite of its lightness and fineness.

You should know that Fasion Pieces of Schachenmayr yarn…

• Each ball has 30 grams and 102 mettres.
• Its thickness is perfect to knit with the 4 mm knitting or crochet needles.
• Mount 22 stitches and do 30 laps to knit a 10 x 10 cm square.
• This yarn is suitable to be washed in the washing machine at 30ºC.
• Do not iron it.
• Do not dry it in the dryer.
• We recommend you to dry it horizontally.

• Long sleeve women sweater size M: 390 grams
• Short sleeve men sweater size M: 510 grams
• Lon sleeve kid sweater size 6 years: 300 grams
• Women, men or kid cap: 60 grams
• Women, men or kid scarf: 120 grams
