Katia Onix

Onix by Katia yarns is a fantasy yarn, with that you can knit warm and elegant clothes as it long hair will guard you from the cold in autumn and winter seasons. You will knit warm clothes like collars, shawls, pulls, blankets and jackets.

This fantasy yarn allows you to knit clothes and complements to wear in special occasions, events...

The yarn Katia Onix is made by:

• 48% Polyamide
• 26% Merino
• 26% Acrylic

This mixture gives a very nice and soft hair. Merino fibre has a lot of properties; it will keep you warm in coldest days regulating your body temperature; it has a very sweet and fine touch and also is light. Polyamide and Acrylic will make  your sewing pieces durables.

You should know that Katia Onix...

• Each ball has 50 grams and 85 metres.
• Its medium thickness is perfect to knit with the 5 - 6 mm knitting needles.
• You can knit a long sleeves pull size 42 with 10 balls.
• To make a 10 x 10 cm square, you should mount 15 stitches and do 22 laps.
• It can be washed in the washing machine or by dry-clean.
• It can be ironed.

It is available in some different colours: reds, blues, purples, greys, white and black to combine with all your clothes. Combined or not, the results will be wonderful.
