Merino Sport by Katia yarns is a 100% natural yarn, very easy to knit thanks of its finish. Your clothes made with this yarn will be very comfortable and warm.

This merino yarn is available in a large range of plain colours to combine them in the way you like. You can choose your favourite colour among the different tones. There are 45 different colours to choose.

It is recommended to knit clothes, accessories and complements for children and adults.

• 100% Merino Extrafine Superwash

Merino Extrafine is a slim and soft fibre with a lot of properties like thermal regulation, that provide warmth in cold days, its softness avoids irritations and stinging, the dirt and the smells and it has more advantages. Also, it contains Superwash treatment, that allows you to wash your sewing pieces in the washing machine without lose its properties.

You should know that Katia Merino Sport...

• Each ball of this yarn is composed by 50 grams and 80 metres.
• Its thickness is perfect for knit with the 5 - 5½ mm knitting needles.
• To knit a long sleeves pull size 42, you need 12 balls.
• To make a square of 10 x 10 cm mount 18 stitches and work 24 laps.
• It is possible to wash it in the washing machine at 30ºC and with the wool program. 
• It can be ironed and it can be dried in the dryer.
