The Katia Summer Sweet Melange Fabric – Hippos is an elastic and comfortable fabric perfect to create garments for babies and children. This fabric is made up of cotton, polyester, and elastane, a combination making it lightweight, breathable, and suitable for sensitive skins.

Its print consists of several hippos appearing in black on a marbled grey background.

This fleece-type fabric is excellent to make sport jackets or hoodies, t-shirts, dresses, rompers, shorts, and much more!

Which are the features of the Katia Summer Sweet Melange Fabric – Hippos?

  • Composition: 50% cotton, 45% polyester, and 5% elastane.
  • Width: 150 – 155 cm.
  • Weight: 250 grams/m2.
  • STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certificate.

Recommendations: 

  • Washable at up to 30ºC.
  • Iron at up to 110ºC.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Sew with Jersey needle, SUK ballpoint, thickness: 70/80.
  • Steam or wash before cutting.
  • Recommended to sew with low tension in the top thread of the sewing machine and a small stitch so that, when you pull the seams so they will not break.
