The Katia Recycled Brushed Jersey Fabric is a knit fabric very soft to the touch perfect for winter. You will find it warm and lightweight, so it is suitable for sensitive skins of babies.

You can use this fabric to make garments for autumn and winter for babies, children, and adults. On its composition you will find a high percentage of recycled polyester fibers certified with the Global Recycled Standard label which guarantees that its obtaining process respects the environment.

This fabric is available in different colors presenting a subtle marbled effect ideal to provide an original touch to your creations.

Which are the features of the Katia Recycled Brushed Jersey Fabric?

  • Made of 53% recycled polyester, 28% cotton, 15% polyester, and 4% elastane.
  • Global Recycled Standard certificate.
  • Width: around 135 cm.
  • Weight: 220 gr/m2.

Recommendations:

  • Washable at up to 30ºC.
  • Iron at up to 110ºC.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Steam or vaporize before cutting and sewing since the fabric may shrink.
  • Cut all the pieces in the same direction of the pile of the fabric to prevent changes in its shine.
  • Jersey needle, SUK ballpoint/ thickness: 70/80.
  • Hem with a twin jersey needle.
  • Sew with low tension in the top thread of the sewing machine and a small stitch so that, when you pull the seams, the backstitch does not break.
