Scheepjes River Washed

Scheepjes River Washed is a nice, high-quality yarn made of cotton and acrylic fibres.

Stone Washed and Scheepjes River Washedhas the same properties, but different colours. River Washed has a unique intense colour yarn and Stone Washed offers a gradient colour thanks to the combination of the white threads.

River Washed is a nice yarn, perfect for knitting all kind of clothes and accessories for the autumn/winter season.

You can create your own projects combining different colours from the River Washed or Stone Washed collection.

Its strand consists of several interwoven strands forming a tubular mesh.

Scheepjes River Washed is made of:

• 78% wool
• 22% acrylic

This yarn is made of cotton fibres that makes it a soft and comfortable fabric, perfect for knitting clothes, such as scarves, shawls and sweaters with an easy care because it can be washed and ironned.

The acrylic fibres make it a resistant and warm yarn that will keep you warm.  

You should know that Scheepjes River Washed …

• Each ball has 50 grams and 130 metres.
• Its thickness is perfect to knit with the 3 – 3.5 mm knitting needles or crochet hooks.
• Mount 24 stitches and do 32 laps to knit a 10 x 10 cm square with the 3mm knitting needles.
• It can be washed in the washing machine up to 40ºC.
• It can be ironned at a medium temperature 140ºC.
• Do not use the dryer. We recommend you to dry it horizontally without hanging out.
