This cotton comes from the leftovers of the textile manufacturing and the polyester comes from the recycled plastic bottles. These two materials are reduced into individual granules and together they create a new thread.

Schachenmayr’s Wool4Future is a yarn made of recycled cotton, merino wool and recycled polyester resulting in a soft thread with a DK thick. Perfect to knit warm accessories for winter!

This chain-shaped yarn has a light color. You will find on its threads small and soft hairs which provide color to the yarn. You will love its wide range of colors!

  • 35% recycled cotton
  • 33% recycled polyester
  • 30% merino wool
  • 2% other fibers

Which are the features of this yarn?

  • Each ball has 50 grams and 165 meters.
  • Its thickness is perfect to work with the 4 mm knitting needles or crochet hooks.
  • Mount 22 stitches and do 30 rows to knit a 10 x 10 cm gauge.
  • You have to handwash it.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Do not iron.

Amount of balls needed to:

  • To knit a scarf you will need 2 balls.
  • To knit a beanie you will need 1 ball.
