Schachenmayr Denim Tweed is a sustainable marbled yarn providing a colorful touch to your creations. This yarn is very pleasant to the touch, and it belongs to the MEZ Green collection since it is made up of recycled materials. 

Thanks to these recycled fibers, we get a soft yarn presenting small specks providing a marbled tweed effect to your creations. This yarn also contains a small percentage of polyamide.

Schachenmayr Denim Tweed is made of:

  • 88% recycled cotton
  • 7% recycled polyester
  • 5% polyamide

Which are the features of this yarn?

  • Each ball has 50 grams and 210 meters.
  • Its thickness is ideal to work with the 3 – 4 mm knitting needles.
  • Mount 24 stitches and do 38 rows to knit a 10 x 10 cm gauge.
  • Washable at up to 30ºC.
  • Do not iron.
  • Do not tumble dry.

Amount of balls needed to:

  • To knit a sweater size M you will need 8 balls.
  • To knit a scarf you will need 3 balls.
  • To knit a hat you will need 1 ball.
