Regia Tweed Color - 4-ply

Schachenmayr Regia Tweed Color – 4 ply is a fine marbled yarn perfect for knitting socks. Each yarn has 100 grams, so with only one ball, you can knit a pair of socks up to size 46.

Regia Tweed Color has a wide range of models that combines different shades along the ball, creating a colourful striped yarn.

Its strand is made of 4 fine threads that are twisted between them, forming a warm and versatile yarn, perfect for knitting all kind of autumn/winter clothes and accessories.

It’s an easy-care fabric because it can be washed, dried and ironed.

Regia is made of:

• 70% virgin wool
• 25% polyamide
• 5% viscose

This yarn is made of virgin wool, polyamide and viscose, three high-quality, warm and resistant fabrics.

The viscose gives a touch of softness to the wool, while the polyamide makes that all your clothes won’t lose its shape after washing.

You should know that Tweed Color – 4 ply …  

• Each ball has 100 grams and 400 metres.
• Its thickness is perfect to knit with the 2 – 3 mm knitting needles or crochet hooks.
• Mount 30 stitches and do 42 laps to knit a 10 x 10 cm square.
• It can be washed in the washing machine up to 40ºC.
• You can use the dryer. 
• It can be ironed at a low temperature, up to 110ºC.

To knit a long sleeve sweater size 40, you will need 500 gr = 5 balls approx.
