Regia Cotton Denim - 4-ply

Schachenmayr Regia Cotton Denim is basically made of wool fibres, perfect for knitting comfortable socks.

Cotton Denim has a wide range of solid colours with a denim effect.

Its strand is made of 4 thin twisted threads, making it an original yarn.

Cotton Denim has five different shades of blue and an anthrazit grey available:  

• 02864 | Bleached blue
• 02865 | Cloud
• 02866 | Petrol
• 02867 | Blue jeans
• 02868 | Navy
• 02869 | Anthrazit

You can knit breeches and socks, but you can also knit many other comfortable projects with it.

Regia is made of:

• 72% Wool
• 18% Polyamide
• 10% Polyester

This is a soft and comfortable fabric thanks to the mixture of the fibres of its composition.

The wool fibres will bring a soft finish, while the polyamide and polyester will bring flexibility, elasticity and resistance to the yarn. The flexible part will make your clothes comfortable and resistant, so your clothes won’t lose its shape easily.

You should know that Cotton Denim 4 ply …     

• Each ball has 100 grams and 420 metres.
• Its thickness is perfect to knit with the 2 – 3 mm knitting needles or crochet hooks.
• To knit a pair of socks, you will only need one ball.
• Mount 30 stitches and do 42 laps to knit a 10 x 10 cm square.
• It can be washed in the washing machine up to 40ºC.
• It can be ironed at a low temperature.
• Do not use the dryer. 
• We recommend you to wash the socks inside out.

Amount of balls needed to…

• To knit a pair of socks, you will only need one ball. 
• To knit a long sleeve sweater size 40, you will need 4 balls.
