Opal Uni 4-Ply is a yarn made of wool and polyamide. Its thread is made of 4 twisted plies.

This is the perfect yarn to knit socks. Thanks to its composition we get a resistant, fine, and warm yarn at the same time.

This yarn is available in different colors: bright, dark, and neon. Combine them to get amazing results!

Opal Uni 4-Ply is made of:

  • 25% polyamide
  • 75% wool

This yarn presents a superwash treatment: you can wash it without worrying about harming its fibers.

Its fibers are very resistant and durable thanks to its composition.

Which are the features of this yarn?

  • Each ball has 100 grams and around 425 meters.
  • Its thickness is perfect to work with the 2,5 mm knitting needles or crochet hook.
  • Mount 30 stitches and do 42 rows to knit a 10 x 10 cm gauge.
  • Washable at up to 40ºC.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Iron at low temperature (110º maximum).

Amount of balls needed to:

  • To knit a pair of socks for adults you will only need 1 ball.
  • To knit a long-sleeved sweater size 40 you will need 5 balls.
