Opal Regenwald XVII 6-ply

Opal introduces Regenwald XVII, a yarn made of 6 plies with the perfect thickness to knit garments and accessories for winter. This yarn is designed to knit colorful and cute socks, but also other projects such as mittens, sweaters, or hats.

You will find 8 different cheerful color combinations available, all of them inspired by one wild animal: butterflies, iguanas, among others. Thanks to these yarns you can provide a multicolor marbled effect to your wardrobe.

One part of the profits will be donated to the Rainforest Rescue organization to protect the flora and fauna living in the jungle.

Regenwald XVII 6-ply by Opal is made of:

• 75% pure merino wool
• 25% polyamide

The pure merino wool is a fine natural fiber characterized by its warmth. In addition, these fibers pare treated to superwash to make them softer and more pleasant in contact with your skin.

These merino wool fibers are combined with polyamide to make your garments and accessories more resistant and durable.

Which are the features of this yarn?

• Each ball has 150 grams and around 420 meters.
• Its thickness is perfect to work with the 3-4 mm knitting needles or crochet hooks.
• Mount 23 stitches and do 31 rows to knit a 10 x 10 cm gauge.
• Washable at up to 40ºC.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not bleach.
• Iron at up to 110ºC.
