Mondial Zen

Mondial Zen is a fantasy yarn that presents marbled colours combined with a very fine metallic strand. Create elegant projects with a bright touch!

The strand consists of a single thread that has been twisted on itself. The fibres of the thread are mixed with the lamé strand to give that bright glitter effect.

This wool is perfect to create elegant garments, such as sweaters, shawls, capes, jackets, scarves, snoods and much more.

Mondial Zen is made of:

• 45% merino virgin wool
• 45% Acrylic
• 7% Polyamide
• 3% Metallized polyester

The large percentage of virgin merino wool fibres is responsible for providing a soft and comfortable touch on your skin. Your fabrics will be nice, warm and it will perfectly keep you body temperature from the cold winter.

You should know that Mondial Zen…

• Form of the ball: skein.
• Each ball has 100 grams and 160 metres.
• Its thickness is perfect to knit with the 5 – 6 mm knitting needles or crochet hook.
• Mount 17 stitches and do 23 laps to knit a 10 x 10 cm square.
• It can be washed in the washing machine up to 30ºC.
• Do not use the dryer. We recommend you to dry it horizontally without hanging out.
• Do not iron this product.

Amount of balls to knit a long sleeve sweater…

• Kid - size 10, you will need to use 4 - 5 balls approx.
• Adult - size 38, you will need to use 5 - 6 balls approx.
• Adult - size 42, you will need to use 6 - 7 balls approx.
