Mondial Soave Lux

Mondial Soave Lux is a bright wool model similar to Soave, with this merino wool formed by alpaca, lame and polyamide microfibres.

Its thread consists of several interwoven strands forming a tubular mesh. It’s a super soft, light, with nice furs or fibres that combine several shades of the same colour.

This padded and soft yarn will be very comfortable to wear when wearing knitted clothes with Soave Lux.

Mondial Soave Lux is made of:

• 55% Extrafine Merino Virgin Wool
• 25% baby alpaca
• 10% lame fibre
• 10% PC Microfibre

This yarn has a large number of lame fibres, a fabric with metallic effect that will provide a bright and original finish to our clothes.

This yarn contains alpaca, a soft, fine fibre obtained from the first shearing of the animal.

This yarn is almost made of laine merino, but it’s also composed of polyamide microfibers which will provide a high quality, resistance and warmth to your creations.

You should know that Mondial Soave Lux...

• Each ball has 50 grams and 210 metres.
• Its thickness is perfect to knit with the 4 – 5 mm knitting needles or crochet hooks.
• Mount 20 stitches and do 30 laps to knit a 10 x 10 cm square with the 4 mm knitting needles.
• It is advisable to wash by hand.
• It can be ironed at a low temperature, up to 110ºC.
• Do not use the dryer. We recommend you to dry it horizontally without hanging out.

To knit a long sleeve sweater…

• Kids – size 10 years, you will need 150 – 200 gr = 3 - 4 balls approx.
• Adult – size 42, you will need 250 – 300 gr = 5 - 6 balls approx.
• Adult – size 48, you will need 350 – 400 gr = 7 - 8 balls.
