Mondial Polo

Mondial Polo are 50 gr balls made of acrylic fibres and virgin wool, the perfect combination for knitting warm and comfortable clothes for the coldest seasons.

It is available in a wide range of solid colours such as pink, red, blue, green, brown and more.

This yarn is perfect for creating your own little baby blankets, sweaters, jackets, schawls, scarves, caps and other soft, comfortable and nice clothes for adults and kids.

Mondial Polo is made of:

• 50% virgin wool
• 50% acrylic

It has the Superwash treatment that allows this yarn to be washed in the washing machine.

In addition, the virgin wool will provide warmth to your clothes for keeping your body temperature steady on the coldest days.

Thanks to the acrylic fibres, this yarn is a resistant and long lasting yarn.

You should know that Mondial Polo…

• Each ball has 50 grams and 200 metres.
• Its thickness is perfect to knit with the 2.5 – 3 mm knitting needles or crochet hooks.
• Mount 26 stitches and do 32 laps to knit a 10 x 10 cm square with the 8 mm knitting needles.
• It can be washed in the washing machine up to 30ºC.
• Do not use the dryer.
• It can be ironned.

To knit a long sleeve sweater…

• Kids – size 10 years, you will need 200 – 250 gr = 2 - 3 balls approx.
• Adult – size 42, you will need 350 – 400 gr = 4 balls approx.
• Adult -  size 48, you will need 450 – 500 gr = 5 balls.
