Mondial Cablè 5 is a fine and mercerised yarn you can use to create original and soft pieces. It is characterised by its composition of 100% Egyptian mako cotton fibres.

• 100% Egyptian mako cotton

These fibres, known as Egyptian cotton, are characterised by its high quality and resistance.

It is a very soft and pleasant to the touch yarn which will give comfortability to your projects.

Mondial Cablè 5 characteristics :

• Each ball has about 50 grammes and 200 metres of yarn approximately.
• Recommended knitting needles and crochet hooks size: 2-3 mm.
• Tension square: 10×10 cm (4×4 inches), 33 stitches x 44 rows.
• Machine wash at 40ºC maximum.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Flat drying recommended.
• It can be ironed at a moderate temperature.

Grammes needed to knit pieces with Mondial Cablè 5:

• To knit a pullover for adult, size 48, you will need about 400-450 grammes (8/9 balls of yarn).
• To knit a pullover for adult, size 42, you will need about 350-400 grammes (7/8 balls of yarn).
• To knit a pullover for children, size 10 years, you will need about 250-300 grammes (5/6 balls of yarn).
• To knit a bikini, size 42, you will need about 150-200 grammes (3/4 balls of yarn). To knit this project, size 44 or 46, you will need about 300 grammes (6 balls of yarn).
