Mondial Basic Cotton is a thin yarn for summer and it is perfect to create fresh and comfortable projects for the spring/summer season.

Mondial Basic Cotton characteristics:

• Each ball contains 50 grammes and 110 metres approximately.
• Recommended knitting needles and crochet hooks size: 4 - 5 mm.
• Tension square: 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 in), 20 stitches x 26 rows.
• Machine wash at 40ºC maximum.
• It can be ironed at a moderate temperature.
• Do not tumble dry. Flat drying recommended.

Grammes of Mondial Basic Cotton needed for…

• A pullover for adults, size 48, you will need about 550 and 600 grammes (11/12 balls).
• A pullover for adults, size 42, you will need about 400 and 450 grammes (8/9 balls).
• A pullover for children, size 10 years, you will need about 250 and 300 grammes (5/6 balls).

You can combine Basic Cotton and Basic Cotton Stampe yarns, one of them is available in plain colours and the other one in marbled colours.
