Mondial Australia is made of:

• 100% pure wool superwash

The pure wool is a natural fiber obtained from the first shearing of a merino sheep. This way we get high-quality wool with excellent thermal properties.

You can also machine wash it without harming its fibers thanks to its superwash treatment which makes its thread resistant, compact, and very soft to the touch.

Which are the features of this yarn?

• Each ball has 50 grams and around 100 meters.
• Its thickness is perfect to work with the 4 -5 mm knitting needles.
• Mount 21 stitches and do 28 rows to knit a 10 x 10 cm gauge.
• Superwash treatment.
• Washable at up to 30ºC with products without bleach.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Dry flat recommended.
• Iron at up to 110ºC.

• To knit a sweater for children size 10 years old you will need around 300-350 grams (6-7 balls).
• To knit a sweater for woman size 38 you will need around 400-450 grams (8-9 balls).
• To knit a sweater for man size 42 you will need around 500-550 grams (10-11 balls).
