Mondial Alveare Stampe

Mondial Alveare Stampe is available in large balls of 200 grams. This yarn is designed to knit a fabulous shawl or multicolor scarf with only one ball.

You do not need to combine different balls to knit a multicolor piece since this yarn features several tones at once. On a single ball you will find up to 4-5 different colors forming subtle stripes.

This yarn is very soft and lightweight. It contains a high percentage of mohair fibers making the yarn hairy.

Mondial Alveare Stampe is made of:

• 65% acrylic microfiber
• 35% mohair

Which are the features of this yarn?

• Each ball has 200 grams and 520 meters.
• Its thickness is perfect to work with the 4.5 - 5.5 mm knitting needles or with the 3.5 - 4 mm crochet hook.
• Mount 18 stitches and do 24 rows to knit a 10 x 10 cm gauge.
• Washable at up to 30ºC.
• Do not iron nor tumble dry.

Amount of balls needed to:

• To knit a sweater size 42 for men  you will need 3 balls (400-500 grams).
• To knit a sweater size M for women  you will need 2 balls (350-400 grams).
• To knit a sweater size 10 for children you will need 2 balls (250-300 grams).
• To knit a shawl you will need 1 ball.
