POMPOM MAGAZINE ISSUE 43 - WINTER 2022

Pompom Magazine Issue 43 - Winter 2022 presents a collection of 10 knitting patterns for knitting autumn and winter garments, using bold colors and innovative techniques, inspired by the abstract art of artists Etel Adnan and Hilma af Klint.

Etel Adnan depicts landscapes in bold colors, with places where the earth meets the sky. Hilma af Klint has created abstract paintings with a particular way of looking at the world and the possibility of seeing beyond what our own eyes observe. Just like when we knit! A knitter can look at a ball of yarn and reflect on its many possibilities and the many different results that can be knitted!

In issue 43 of Pompom magazine you will find explanations on how to knit sweaters, a cardigan, a shawl and even a hat using the Colorwork technique, as well as Intarsia stitch ideas and other models with textured stitches. There are also ideas for Intarsia stitches and other models with textured stitches. Each one has something unique and special!
