Lang Yarns Noble Cashmere is a luxury yarn made of cashmere fibers coming from a sustainable and eco-friendly production.

The cashmere hair is picked up by nomad shepherds on the Dund Sayhni Nuru mountain in Mongolia. These cashmere goats live in the mountains free. To pick up the hair of these animals, the shepherds wait until they shed in spring, and they comb these goats by hand during this process.

After the shedding process, these shepherds separate these hairs to pick up the thinner ones.

With these lightweight and soft fibers, the high-quality Lang Yarns Cashmere balls are spun. You will love it!

Which are the features of this yarn?

  • Each ball has 100 grams and around 200 meters.
  • Its thickness is perfect to work with the 4,5 – 5 mm knitting needles or crochet hooks.
  • Mount 17 stitches and do 25 rows to knit a 10 x 10 cm gauge.
  • Handwash recommended.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Iron at low temperature.

  • To knit a sweater size 38-40 you will need 5 balls.
