Detailed information

Lang Yarns Baby Cotton Naturally Colored is a 100% organic cotton yarn, grown in its natural color without the need for dyeing. Soft and delicate, it is ideal for babies, sensitive skin, and those looking for a sustainable and chemical-free option.

This special cotton grows in three natural shades: green, ivory, and brown, reviving traditional varieties that were overlooked due to intensive production. As a result, it saves up to 90% in water consumption compared to conventional cotton.

It is available in a palette of 7 soft and harmonious colors, obtained by combining these base tones, without aggressive processes. However, due to its natural origin, it is recommended to avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight to preserve its color.

Natural, pure, and sustainable: knit with cotton in its most authentic form.

This yarn is not only soft and natural, but it also has a beautiful story behind it. Since 1992, a project in Brazil has revived the cultivation of naturally colored cotton, benefiting over 400 farmer families.

Thanks to sustainable and regenerative practices, this cotton is grown without pesticides, without modified seeds, and without additional water consumption, using only rainwater. Additionally, 10% of its value is reinvested in the community, ensuring economic stability and a positive impact on the planet. Knit with awareness and be part of this change!
