Plassard Maïa

Plassard Maïa is a kind of fluffy, fine and light yarn perfect to knit all kind of clothes, complements, accessories and other original projects.

Maïa provides an original marbling which changes progressively its colours along the ball forming stripes once knitted.

It is a fluffy and soft yarn made by 1 thread of mohair fur.

You can knit a women long sleeve sweater size 40 with just 1 ball.

Maïa Plassard is made of:

• 70% acrylic
• 18% polyamide
• 12% mohair

This composition offers a light, comfortable and soft yarn.

You can create warm, resistant and long lasting clothes and complements with Maïa.

You should know that Plassard Maïa…

• Each ball has 200 grams and 590 metres.
• Its thickness is perfect to knit with the 6 - 9 mm knitting needles or crochet hooks.
• Mount 9 stitches and do 14 laps to knit a 10 x 10 cm square with the 6 - 9 mm knitting needles.
• It can be washed in the washing machine up to 20ºC wool program.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not tumble dry.
• It cannot be ironned.

You will find on reverse the English, French and Dutch instructions to knit a stole with Garter Stitch and the 9 mm knitting needles. You will only need 1 ball to knit a large stole.
