Lana Grossa presents Bingo, a new yarn made of very thin fibers of merino wool. This natural material is characterized by its quality and its thermal properties: you can knit perfect garments for the next autumn-winter season! It also presents a soft touch, and it is suitable for the whole family.
Its thread is gently twisted on itself and it is very easy to work with: you can shape it as you like the most! Carry through different projects and get excellent results: jackets, sweaters, beanies, scarfs, necks, and everything you can think of! This yarn is available in 14 plain dark and light colors, so you can choose the one which fits better for your next project.
Lana Grossa Bingo is made of:
- 100% superfine pure merino wool
The merino wool is characterized by its high quality and thermal properties: it will keep you warm during the coldest days of winter. These fibers have been obtained from the first shearing of a merino sheep, so they are even thinner and warmer!
Which are the features of this yarn?
- Each ball has 50 grams and around 80 meters.
- Its thickness is perfect to work with the 4,5 – 5,5 mm knitting needles.
- Mount 16 stitches and do 23 rows to knit a 10 x 10 cm gauge.
- Washable at up to 30ºC.
- Do not bleach.
- Do not tumble dry.
- It is recommended to dry it horizontally.
- Iron at up to 110ºC.
Amount of balls needed to:
- To knit a sweater size 38-40 you will need 550-600 grams (11 or 12 balls).
