Knitting for Olive Pure Silk is made of 100% raw silk. This fiber is also known as bourette silk, a material obtained respecting animals and nature.

This silk takes advantage of the valuable raw material to the end since it is made up of the remains of the cocoons of the chrysalises, once they mature and escape. These fibers are shorter and coarser, so the result is a rougher material with a rustic and matt appearance. Despite its rustic and irregular appearance, this material feels very soft to the touch and will not wrinkle easily.

This yarn will provide a beautiful hanging effect to your creations, so it is ideal to knit elegant garments. The silk is breathable and moisture wicking, so it is suitable for spring and summer seasons.
