Katia United Socks

Katia presents United Socks, a resistant yarn perfect to knit socks. This yarn presents composition consisting of a wool and polyamide combination. You will love its thread twisted on itself!

This yarn is available in 24 bright, dark, and pastel plain colors. You can combine all of them to get unique results and cheerful shades.

You can also create your own Jacquard design, striped-socks in different colors, or even bicolor socks. Think outside the box and knit everything you can think of!

United Socks by Katia is made of:

• 75% wool superwash
• 25% polyamide

This yarn presents a superwash treatment: you can use wash it in your washing machine without losing its quality or softness.

Thanks to its wool fibers the yarn becomes warm and comfortable, and the polyamide provides it resistance. Knit soft and light socks for the whole family!

Which are the features of Katia United Socks?

• Each ball has 20 grams and around 100 meters.
• Its thickness is perfect to work with the 2,5 – 3 mm knitting needles or crochet hook.
• Mount 42 stitches and do 20 rows to knit a 10 x 10 cm gauge.
• Washable at up to 30ºC with the delicate wash program.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Iron at low temperature.
• It is recommended to dry horizontally without hanging it up.

Amount of balls needed to:

• To knit a pair of socks size 42-46 you will need around 100 grams (4 balls).
• To knit a pair of socks for children size 28-29 you will need around 50 grams (2 balls).
