Super Merino by Katia is a thick ball that combines natural Merino fibres with synthetic acrylic fibres, which makes a warm, soft yarn. Thanks to its thickness, it is perfect to knit autumn and winter projects. They will be very fluffy and warm, so it is perfect for the whole family! Super Merino by Katia is made of:

• 50% Acrylic
• 50% Merino wool

Merino wool stands out by its thermal qualities, as well as by its quality. It is a completely natural fibre that makes a soft-to-the-touch ball that will keep your body temperature in the coldest days.

Acrylic is very similar to natural wool and creates a perfect combination since its fibres avoid itchiness and provide softness.

Which are the features of this yarn?

• Each ball weighs 100 grams and has 125 meters.
• Its thickness is ideal to knit with 5.5 – 6 mm knitting needles or crochet hooks.
• Mount 15 stitches and do 20 laps to knit a 10 x 10 cm square with 6 mm knitting needles.
• Machine wash up to 30ºC.
• Do not use bleach.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Dry flat.
• Iron up to 110ºC.
