Katia Polar

Katia Polar is a super soft and fluffy yarn, very nice to the touch and perfect to create warm clothes for the autumn/winter season.

It is composed of polyester fibres that create a fine ribbon of knitted thread, from which very fine and extremely soft hairs come out.

Polar is available in different dark shades such as grey, dark grey, brown, black... and other lighter shades such as ecru, camel, light blue or tile.

Katia Polar is made of:

• 100% polyester

The polyester is mainly characterised by being a very resistant and durable fibre in spite of the time, the washings or the wear of the clothes.

In addition, this warm yarn offers a soft and comforting feeling that you will never get tired of it.

Care recommendations:

• Each ball has 100 grams and 60 meters.
• Its thickness is recommended to work with the 7 - 8  mm knitting needles.
• Mount 7 stitches and do 12 rows to knit a 10 x 10 cm gauge.
• Machine washable at up to 30°C maximum.
• Not suitable for tumble drying. It is recommended to dry it horizontally without hanging it out.
• Ironing at a moderate temperature, up to 110ºC approximately.

To knit a woman's long sleeves pull size 42, you will need approximately 7 balls.

With just one ball you can knit an original hat to protect you from the cold.
