Katia Piumino is a high-quality yarn presenting a beautiful texture achieved thanks to its alpaca fibers. It is fluffy and lightweight, ideal to knit warm and cozy garments for autumn and winter.

The alpaca fibers are very soft and pleasant to the touch. Each ball presents a gradient colors with small, marbled specks.

This alpaca yarn is presented in balls of 50 grams and 125 meters, so you only need 2 balls to knit a scarf.

Which are the features of this yarn?

  • Each ball has 50 grams and 125 meters.
  • Its thickness is ideal to work with the 6.5 – 7mm knitting needles or with the 7 – 8mm crochet hook.
  • Mount 11 stitches and do 17 rows to knit a 10 x 10 cm gauge.
  • Handwash recommended.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Iron at up to 110ºC.
