Katia Copito

Katia Copito is a spongy and nice yarn, perfect for knitting garments or accessories for children and babies. Its texture is curly, so your knitted garments will have a different and original finish.

Use this wool to create tender baby clothes such as bootees, blankets, jackets, coats, dresses or any warm and nice fabric with a curly texture.

It offers a wide range of solid colours, perfect to combine with Katia Copito Print, the same wool but available in multicolour tones.

Katia Copito is made of:

• 100% Polyamide

The polyamide fibres are very resistant, breathable and waterproof, it will keep your body temperature protecting your skin from the cold. Your babies will wear warm and comfortable garments with this wool made of polyamide!

The finish of this fabric is very soft, reminiscent of a sweet, soft and fluffy cotton cloud.

You should know that Katia Copito…

• Each ball has 50 grams and 155 metres.
• Its thickness is perfect to knit with the 3 – 3,5 mm knitting needles.
• Mount 19 stitches and do 26 laps to knit a 10 x 10 cm square.
• It can be washed in the washing machine up to 30ºC.
• Do not iron this product.
• Do not use the dryer.
• We recommend you to dry it horizontally without hanging out.

Amount of balls needed to knit a long sleeve sweater…

• Women – size 42 years, you will need to use 8 balls.
• Size newborn, you will only need to use 1 ball.
• Size 3 months to 12 months, you will need to use 2 balls.
