Katia 50 Mohair Shades is made of:

  • 67% Superkid Mohair
  • 30% Polyamide
  • 3% Wool

The "Superkid" mohair fibers are obtained from the first shearing of the animal. Since it is the first coat, fibers are softer and thinner providing a higher quality wool.

Despite being a very thin coat, fibers will keep the body heat perfectly. 

For added convenience when working, this yarn is spun into a bobbin format.

Which are the features of Mohair Shades from Concept by Katia?

  • Each ball has 20 grams and 200 metres.
  • Its thickness is perfect to knit with the 3 - 4 mm knitting needles or 3.5 – 4 mm crochet hooks.
  • Mount 27 stitches and do 36 rows to knit a 10 x 10 cm gauge.
  • We recommend you to hand wash this yarn.
  • Iron at low temperature.
