What do I need to make this pattern?

• 190 cm of Vampire Bats fabric OR 100 cm of Halloween jersey fabric and 90 cm of Fabric Spider jersey fabric.
• Wadding (100 x 75 cm)
• 460 cm of cotton bias tape
• 20 cm of interlining (eyelet reinforcement)
• 65 cm of 10 mm wide rubber band
