Hilaturas LM Acuarela

Hilaturas LM Acuarela is a high-quality wide ribbon which is made from 70% of polyester and 30% of viscose. This ribbon is a light and versatile material  which is recommended for all kinds of knitted or crocheted garments.

Thanks to the viscose coming from wood pulp used to make it, the texture of Acuarela is similar to the Japanese paper known as Washi. The blend of viscose and polyester gives to this thread a great strength and durability, which makes it a perfect material to realize every kind of project.

The lightness of Acuarela is one of its main interests, as its low weight allows working with many meters without the result being heavy or bulky.This makes it especially suitable for spring or summer garments and accessories, such as shawls, tops, bags, pillows and many other projects.

The recommended needles to knit with Watercolor are between 6 and 8 mm, which simplifies the work and allows you to achieve optimal results with less strain. This wide ribbon is very easy to handle, which means that even beginners can obtain great results.

• Its thickness is perfect to work with a 6 to 8 mm needle.
