Fonty Moustache

Fonty Moustache wool is an exceptional blend of three high quality fiber types, consisting of 30% super kid mohair, 20% silk and 50% fine merino. The softness, volume and sponge combine with a light and vaporous texture, typical of mohair wool.

The mohair used in the Moustache wool is harvested from the youngest goats of the Angora breed bred in France, where a high quality breed has been developed for several years.

The silk provides strength and elasticity, along with a shiny and regular finish that gives the wool a sophisticated look. The extra-fine merino fiber completes the mixture, providing sponge and softness.

Moustache is ideal for knitting individually or in combination with other yarns. When knitting alone, it is recommended to use 3.5 to 4 mm needles to achieve a loose and lightweight fabric.

Moustache’s range of colours is composed of soft and warm tones such as ochre and pastel, perfect for creating delicate and elegant projects. You will also find different shades of blue or green, as well as other shades.
