DMC Petra

DMC Petra is a 100 grams yarn made of 100% cotton presenting a mercerized and soft finish. It is hypoallergenic and it will be suitable for all type of skins, including the most sensitive ones.

It is characterized by its pearl and mercerized features, perfect to knit or crochet different projects. You can use it to create your own layettes, fresh garments for summer or home decoration such as carpets, quilts, curtains and even laces!

This yarn is available in different colors and thickness. You can choose the nº3, nº5 or nº8 and the color you like the most for your next project. Remember: the higher the thickness’ number the thinner the thread.

- Thickness nº3:

• Each ball has 100 grams and around 280 meters.
• Its thickness is perfect to work with the 3 mm knitting needles or 2,5 mm crochet hooks.

- Thickness nº5:

• Each ball has 100 grams and around 400 meters.
• Its thickness is perfect to work with the 2,5 mm knitting needles or 1,75 - 2 mm crochet hooks.

- Thickness nº8:

• Each ball has 100 grams and 800 meters.
• Its thickness is perfect to work with the 2 mm knitting needles or 1 mm crochet hooks.

Recommendations for this yarn:

• Washable at up to 60ºC.
• Do not bleach.
• Tumble dry at low temperature.
• Suitable for ironing at high temperature.
