• 100% bourette silk

The bourette silk is also known as raw silk and is obtained from the short fibers we get after combing and carding the silk making it less glossy compared to other silky yarns. Due to this, its aspect is also rustic and special!

Which are the features of this yarn?

• Each ball has 100 grams and 350 meters.
• Its thickness is perfect to work with the 3 – 3,5 mm knitting needles or crochet hook.
• Mount 20 stitches to knit a 10 cm gauge.
• Handwash with cold water.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Iron at low temperature.
• Rinsing with cold water before knitting it recommended.

• To knit a long-sleeved sweater size M-L you will need 5 balls.
• To knit a top size M you will need 2 balls.
